The site is having problems and is currently down. The charity event is up and running, but I'm unable to sell the leftover tickets.

I had a really bad experience with Helm Tickets. As a promoter trying to kick off a new local festival, I aimed to keep the spirit of our event alive by featuring local artists, brands, and radio stations. So, we thought it would be a good idea to go with a local ticket provider like Helm Tickets. That's where everything went south. With less than two weeks to go before our festival, Helm Tickets started having server issues. Because of this, we couldn't get into our dashboard or see our sales data, and customers were left hanging, unable to buy tickets. This went on for a couple of days, and despite sending a bunch of emails to their support team, we got no clear answers on when things would be fixed. Now, we're on day six of their website being down, and our event is this weekend! We still can't access our sales data, their customer support is nowhere to be found, and we're flooded with messages from customers who can't download their tickets for the event. It's been a huge source of stress for us. Seriously, steer clear of this ticket provider! Go for Eventbrite, Fatsoma, or Skiddle instead.

They supported me all the way through when I, sadly, had to cancel my tickets.
